Leek pie with cheese

Recipe

leek 1.1 lb (500 g) • ground white pepper • olive oil 2
Cut two medium-sized leeks into slices and fry in pan for about 10 minutes, until they are soft. Add a pinch of white pepper.

chicken egg 3 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml) • flour medium 5.25 oz (150 g) • Emmental cheese 5.25 oz (150 g) • Feta cheese 5.25 oz (150 g) • baking powder for gingerbread
hen egg 3 pc, 1.5% skimmed milk 3 dl, medium flour 150 g, Emmental cheese 150 g Feta cheese 150 g, baking powder. Mix eggs, milk, flour and dill into a smooth batter. Add grated Swiss cheese and feta cheese, both cut into small squares. Add baking powder in the end.

Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 355°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
