all-purpose flour / plain flour 6.25 oz (175 g) • powdered sugar 1 oz (25 g) • unsalted butter 3.25 oz (90 g) • egg yolk 2 pcs • whole milk 3.5% 1 tbsp
Put flour into a bowl, add sugar, softened butter, egg yolks and a little milk.
