semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml) • water 10 tbsp (150 ml) • unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
Let the butter in a mug with milk melt on the middle flame.

flour medium 10.5 oz (300 g) • salt 1.5 tsp • sugar granulated 2 tbsp • fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)
Put flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add the prepared butter, melted in milk. It can't be warmer over 120°F (50°C). Lightly mix the milk with the yeast and sugar and let it rest covered for 15 minutes so that the yeast starts to work and leaving creates.

Stir the dough and add the flour. Afterkneading the flour, let the dough rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes.

Put the rised dough on a floured board. Divide it in 12 parts from which you gently shape the rolls.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C).
