onion 7 oz (200 g) • sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml) • honey 2.75 oz (80 g)
Peel an onion, chop it finely and cook in oil. Add honey.

salt 1.5 tsp • crushed cumin 1 tsp
Once the honey becomes melted, add cabbage, salt and crushed cumin. Cover and braise until soft while stirring occasionally.
