Recipe

unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g) • powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g) • vanilla sugar 3 tsp • chicken egg 4 pcs • flour medium 10.5 oz (300 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.9 cup (450 ml)
Mix the softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and milk until smooth.

Pour the dough into silicone waffle moulds and bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature. You can also bake waffles with the help of a kitchen appliance - a waffle maker. When using a waffle maker, you must spread the baking surfaces with oil.

Let the baked waffles cool. It is best to let them cool spread out on a grid.

4. Lemon-honey cream curd
cream curd 8.75 oz (250 g) • honey 1 tsp • lemon 1 pc
Mix honey and juice from one lemon in soft cream curd.

rum 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • whipping cream (30-33% fat) 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Pour in the rum and after the caramel dissolves again, pour in the whipping cream.

Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Take cream curd with spoon, wetted in water und put it on waffle.

Pour the caramel sauce over the waffle and serve.
