Recipe
1.
meal 1.1 lb (500 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • chicken egg 1 pc • salt 0.25 tsp
Work the dough from flour, warm water, egg and salt. Dough will be runny, but allow it to rest for about 15 minutes and it becomes stiff. So do not add any flour in.
3.
all-purpose flour / plain flour
Use a rolling pin to spread half of the dough on floured board until thin. Turn the dough while you spread it and continuously flour the board underneath. It is easy to work with the dough, it is stiff and elastic.
4.
all-purpose flour / plain flour • water • salt
Cut off the edges and cut the dough into wide strips. Sprinkle the surface with flour and allow them to dry till we bring to boil large pot with water and approximately 1 teaspoon of salt per 4 liters of water.
5.
Place floured strips on top of each other and use a knife to cut wide noodles.
6.
Separate the noodles on board. It is easy to do that.
7.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes.
8.
Drain cooked noodles and pour them over with warm water. Let them drain in a strainer and put them in a bowl.
9.
unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g)
In the bowl pour them over with melted butter. Place covered bowl into duvet (blankets) to avoid cooling down and process the second half of the dough. Add noodles from the second batch to them and mix. From the listed ratio we will have about 1 kilogram of cooked noodles.
10.
walnuts 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar
Grind walnuts and add them together with sugar (to your taste) to noodles.
11.
Mix everything together in the bowl.
12.
Serve it with one teaspoon of sour jam.
Bon appetit!
