unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)
Beat room-temperatured butter with sugar until creamy.

Spread the other half and cover with a wafer. Weigh down for 30 minutes.

cooking chocolate 2.75 oz (75 g) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath and spread the icing on the top wafer. Let it harden in the cold. Cut with a sharp knife.
