To prepare homemade cutlets, we need chicken breasts, the best ones are from chickens raised in farms.

salt • all-purpose flour / plain flour • chicken egg • breadcrumbs • sunflower oil
Season them with salt, coat them in fine flour, then put them in beaten egg and at the end in sifted bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil.
