Recipe

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g) • fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g) • sunflower oil 3 tbsp • salt 0.5 tsp • water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Crush the yeast into the flour, add oil, salt and lukewarm water.

Knead the dough and let it rise for about an hour, covered, in a warm place.

Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut out wheels with a diameter of 12 cm.

Put the wheels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Peel, press the garlic and mix it in oil. Spread the wheels with the garlic.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
