Clean the onion, cut it into wheels and put it in a pan with a little hot oil. Fry for a while.

Put broken eggs with the whole yolk on top of the ham. Salt, cover and let the eggs harden.

Sprinkle the finished dish with ground red pepper. Slice or cut out the wheels (in this case you have egg white with ham) and you can serve.
