all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  salt 1 tbsp  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 5.25 oz (150 g)  sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ½ cup (120 ml)  fresh yeast 1 oz (25 g)  sugar granulated 1 tsp
