Recipe
1. Preparation of dry mixture
flour medium 12.25 oz (350 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (8 g)
Mix flour with sugar and baking powder.
2. Preparation of liquid mixture
dry curd cottage 1.7 lb (750 g) • chicken egg 4 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml) • sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)
Stir well cream cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar.

Pour liquid mixture to the dry mixture.

Evenly sprinkle second half of the dry mixture.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C).
