Gnocchi with Pecorino cheese

Recipe

potato gnocchi 8.75 oz (250 g) • Pecorino cheese 2.75 oz (80 g) • cream (fat 10-12%) ¾ cup (200 ml) • parsley leaves
Coarsely grate the Pecorino cheese and melt it on a pan. Add cream and stir until saude is created. At the end, add boiled gnocchi and wrap them in cheese sauce.
