mint • ginger-root 0.5 oz (15 g) • ground black pepper 2 pinches • honey 1 tbsp • lemon-juice 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Put dried or chopped fresh mint into a 4 dcl cup. Add the peeled, coarsely grated ginger. Pour hot water over the herb and root and add spices. Let it infuse for 10 minutes, add lemon or orange juice and a teaspoon of honey. During this time, the ingredients settle to the bottom of the mug and you can start drinking tea in small sips.
