Recipe
1. Leavening
all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml) • sugar granulated 0.5 tsp • fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)
Mix the flour and yeast with a little sugar in warm milk and let the yeast rise.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 1 tsp • sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Put flour into a bowl, add salt and oil.

Add leavening and make a dough.

Leave the dough covered to rise in a warm place.

unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g) • cream cheese Bambino 3.5 oz (100 g) • garlic 8 cloves
Mix the cheese with butter and garlic for the filling.

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and spread the filling.

Roll and cut into triangles. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for 20 minutes at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C).
