Garlic-Paprika Pork Belly
This not really healthiest :) delicacy is the best tasty when sliced on the fresh bread brushed with mustard.

flitch 1.8 lb (800 g) • water 2.65 quart (2500 ml) • salt 2 tsp
For this meal, pick meaty pork belly, the best when boneless. If you buy pork belly with bones, after cooking easily take them out. Wash the pork belly, place into a pot with salted water. Cook for about 1,5 hours covered (if it is cooked the fork must easily pick till the center).

garlic 8 cloves
Take out cooked pork belly on the plate, remove the bones if necessary and brush the whole meat with pressed garlic.

ground red paprika 1.5 tbsp
Brush properly with ground red paprika and slightly salt it. Let it cool and place in fridge. Properly cooled cut into the slices and serve.
