bay leaf 1 pc • ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.5 tsp • ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp • sunflower oil 10 tbsp (150 ml)
In a larger pan, heat the oil and fry the spices in it.

red onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the onion and cut it into thin wheels. Dismantle the wheels. Remove the bay leaf from the oil and add the onion.
