Simple fried mushrooms in triple coating. Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.

mushrooms 1.1 lb (500 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour • chicken egg 2 pcs • salt 0.25 tsp • breadcrumbs
Trim the mushrooms. Wrap them in fine flour, beaten egg with salt and in breadcrumbs.

...and fry on all sides until golden. After frying remove them on paper kitchen towel to remove excessive oil.
