Fried meatloaf
A quick, simple dinner. Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.

Bavarian meatloaf 1.1 lb (500 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 tbsp • chicken egg 2 pcs • breadcrumbs 6 tbsp
Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick. Cover each slice in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g) • water • salt • sunflower oil
Clean the potatoes, wash and cook them in salt water. 5 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, start to fry the meat in hot oil until golden from both sides.

chive 1 tbsp • unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Take the fried meatloaf out of the pan, put it on a paper dishtowel to remove fat. Strain the boiled potatoes, add the chopped fresh chives and butter - mix gently. Serve.
