Fried cauliflower battered in the chickpeas
The cauliflower pakora (Gobi pakora) is one of the lots of delicious and crunchy vegetable pakoras, in India popular. It is served as an evening snack with a cup of tea. It can also be part of the lunch menu.

Recipe

cauliflower 1.1 lb (500 g)
Divide the cauliflower into smaller florets, wash and put them in a pot. Pour boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain, cover and leave cauliflower in the pot, in steam for 5 minutes to rest. Uncover it and leave it cool and dry.

chickpea flour fine 5.25 oz (150 g) • imalayan salt 0.5 tsp • Garam masala spice 0.5 tsp
Mix the flour with salt and pepper.

water 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Add 100 ml of water, stir. If necessary, add about 50 ml of water to get a smooth batter.

Dip cauliflower florets in the batter...

Remove the fried florets from the oil, let them drip ...

... and after a short cooling you can serve.
