semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • chicken egg 2 pcs • unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)
Beat the eggs in a milk. Heat knob of butter in the skillet.

toasted bread 8 pcs
Soak slice of toast bread into the eggs with milk and quickly fry in hot butter on all sides.

During frying of other slices add butter according to the needs.

powdered sugar 2 tbsp • ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Blend icing sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle fried toasts with it.
