Recipe
1.
powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs
In a bowl beat the sugar with eggs until foamy.

salt • all-purpose flour / plain flour 5.25 oz (150 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 oz (15 g)
Add pinch of salt, gradually stir in the flour with the baking powder.

sunflower oil 3 tbsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Finally add the oil and milk. Blend all together well.

Pour half of the batter into greased and floured round baking dish with diameter of 25 cm.

Pour in remaining half of batter.

Bake the cake at 355°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. While baking, prepare the topping.

unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g) • cinnamon sugar 0.75 oz (20 g) • chicken egg 1 pc
The topping is made by melting the butter, adding cinnamom sugar and eggs. Pour over the baked cake and bake for further 20 minutes.
