sterilized sour cucumber | 2.75 | oz | 80 | grams |
Recipe

pickled herring 7 oz (200 g)
Cut the tails, fins off and, if they have a harder spine, take it out.

Cut the fish into pieces.

sterilized sour cucumber 2.75 oz (80 g) • onion 1.5 oz (40 g)
Clean the onion and cut it finely. Grate the cucumbers.
4.
sterilized carrot 2.75 oz (80 g) • sterilized peas 2.75 oz (80 g)
Add onions, cucumbers and drained peas with carrots to the bowl with fish.
