puff pastry 1.2 lb (550 g) • chicken egg 1 pc
Unroll one dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with the paper in which it is rolled. Unroll the second dough on the second baking sheet. Spread both doughs with a beaten egg.

semi hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g) • salt • crushed cumin
Grate the cheese and sprinkle the dough, add salt, sprinkle with caraway and press gently. Cut into sticks.

Sprinkle grated cheese on the second dough, sprinkle with salt and sesame. Press and cut into sticks.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

First bake the second sheet. If some sticks remain connected in places, you can easily separate them with a knife after they have cooled.
