1. Procedure

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  olive oil 2 tbsp  apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp  salt 2 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp  all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g)  wholemeal flour 8.5 oz (240 g)  sunflower seeds 2 tbsp  wheat bran 1 tbsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp  instant yeast 3 tsp

Pour the ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the following order: liquid (in room temperature)+ dry ingredients + fresh yeast. Place the pan in the bread machine, select the setting and press Start.
Program: Classic (or other, similar, stated by manufacturer)
Time: 3 hours
Loaf size: 900g
Crust colour: medium dark

Once the bread is done, allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove the bread to cool completely, the best on a wire rack. Remove the kneading blade and slice the bread.

4. Hint

Removing kneading blade from the finished bread can be quite difficult and once you remove it, it will make a hole in the bread. Therefore, if you are in the kitchen, remove the kneading blade before the last rise and bake the bread without it.
