Duck breast with pears
Fine duck breast in sweet and sour pear sauce. A real delicacy. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Wash the meat, salt, sprinkle with ground spices ...

raisins 1 tbsp • whole cloves 3 pcs • ground red paprika 0.5 tsp • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Add the pears to the meat, add raisins (or cranberries), cloves, a little pepper and water.

Cover and simmer until soft for 10-15 minutes.

sugar granulated 1 tsp • lemon-juice 1 tbsp
Remove the meat, mash the pears and take the cloves out. Sweeten the sauce and add lemon juice. Cut the meat and serve.
