onion 1 pc • sterilized sour cucumber 3 pcs • lean salami 10.5 oz (300 g) • corn sterilized 9.5 oz (270 g)
Cut onion, cucumber, eggs into small pieces, ham (or lean salami) into strips. Add sterilized sweet corn without brine.

salt 0.5 tsp • ground white pepper 0.25 tsp • ketchup 3 tbsp • vinegar 0.5 tbsp • worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp • tatar sauce 8.75 oz (250 g) • olive oil 2 tbsp
Add salt, pepper, ketchup. vinegar, oil, Worcester sauce and finally tartar sauce.

Mix everything together, put in the fridge and after a while serve with fresh pastries, or as a side dish to meat.
