water | ¾ | cup | 200 | milliliters |
Recipe

turkey thigh boneless 1.3 lb (600 g) • ground red paprika 1 tsp • pepper curry 2 tsp • olive oil 4 tbsp
Wash turkey leg and cut it into cubes. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with ground red pepper and pepper curry. Pour oil in and mix. Marinate it in the cold place for at least 2 hours.

onion 1.75 oz (50 g) • garlic 3 cloves • olive oil 1 tbsp
Cook in a little oil peeled and chopped onion with peeled and chopped garlic.

water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour the meat over with hot water and braise covered one hour while stirring occasionally.

Thicken it with flour mixed with milk and sour cream.
