Curry Breasts with Green Beans

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g) • pepper curry • frozen green bean pods 8.75 oz (250 g)
Wash chicken breasts and cut them into cutlets. Season them with pepper curry and evenly brush the pepper over them. Rinse green beans under running water, leave them in a strainer and drain them thoroughly.

Place cutlets in the bottom vessel of the steamer. Pour green beans into the second vessel. Steam everything together for 30 minutes.

Serve cutlets on a plate slightly sprinkled with soy sauce.
