Recipe
1. Preparation of curd cheese dough
soft curd 8.75 oz (250 g) • unsalted butter 2 oz (60 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • flour medium 4.5 oz (125 g)
Beat curd cheese, butter and egg into foam. Incorporate flour.
2. Form dumplings
Form dumplings from the curd cheese dough and cook them in the boiling water.
3. Serving
unsalted butter • powdered sugar • strawberry jam
Serve them warm, pour melted butter on them, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add strawberry jam on the plate.
