Crispy chicken
This is one way how to cook chicken in the steam cooker. Chicken is crispy and very juicy due to the main part of the preparation in steam cooker. Serve warm with side dishes or just with buns and rolls and sterilized cucumber.

chicken 3.3 lb (1500 g) • salt
Wash the chicken, salt the inside and place in two pots of the steam cooker (remove bottom of the second pot). Steam in the steam cooker for one hour.

salt • grill seasoning 2 tsp • unsalted butter 0.5 oz (15 g)
After one hour transfer chicken to the baking tin, salt the outside, sprinkle with grill seasoning and brush with softened butter. Pour over with approx. 2 dcl of broth from the bottom pot of the food steamer. Select the highest temperature on the oven for baking, preheat it and place the chicken in for 15 minutes.

Turn it and repeat procedure with salt, pepper and butter. Bake on the other side.
