Delicious soup full of healthy vegetables. Without added salt it is great for the smallest ones, too.

kohlrabi 10.5 oz (300 g) • carrots 5.25 oz (150 g) • cole 5.25 oz (150 g) • cauliflower 10.5 oz (300 g) • water 1.6 quart (1500 ml) • ground caraway 0.5 tsp • salt 0.5 tsp
Clean vegetables. wash them, cut and cook in water for about 35 minutes. Add a little ground caraway and salt. Leave the lid of a pot slightly open during cooking. When the vegatables are soft, use a hand blender to mix them ...

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 7 oz (200 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.25 oz (10 g)
Mix flour with sour cream and add it to the soup. Bring to the boil.

parsley leaves 2 tbsp • salt
At the end mix in chopped fresh parsley leaves. Season with salt each portion to your taste.
