Creamy potato-pumpkin sauce
A tasty sauce that can be consumed without a side dish. If it would be not enough, you can add fried egg, meatballs, or bread :)

potatoes 1.7 lb (750 g) • water 2.1 cup (500 ml) • salt 1 tsp
Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, add water and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

... and grate coarsely with kernels. (If the pumpkin is older, remove the kernels with a spoon).
