unsalted butter | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams |

sugar granulated 1 tbsp • ground cinnamon 1 tsp • potato starch 1 tsp
Stir in the above mentioned ingredients.

mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g) • sour cream (fat 14-18%) 2.1 cup (500 ml) • sugar granulated 2 tbsp • potato starch 2 tsp • lemon peel 0.5 tsp • chicken egg 2 pcs
Put all the above mentioned ingredients into a deep bowl and whip everything together until it turns into a smooth cream.

strudel dough - stretched by hand 3 oz (85 g) • unsalted butter 0.5 oz (15 g)
Spread the dough in a smaller baking sheet spreaded with butter. The edges may overhang.

Pour the cream evenly on the dough.

Put the mixture of cherries on the top.

Spread the edges with butter and cover the cherry layer with them.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
