Creamed Pumpkin with Dill

Classic summer creamed pumpkin. Serve with boiled potatoes, burgers, or fried egg.

onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • sunflower oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)
Peel the onion, finely chop and saute in oil.

water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • salt 0.5 tsp
Add pumpkin into the onion, salt, pour in a little water and stirring occasionally steam for 15 minutes.

sweet cream for cooking 2.1 cup (500 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 oz (40 g)
Blend flour in sour cream and thicken the sauce.
