all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • salt • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp • lemon peel 1 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tbsp • dry curd cottage 8.75 oz (250 g)
Mix all ingredients and a pinch of salt. Make a smooth dough.

all-purpose flour / plain flour
Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Then cut it into the same strips, then in lozenge, in which you make two cuts.

vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (24 g) • powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)
Coat still warm fanky in a mixture of powdered and vanilla sugar.
