Cooked chickpea balls with coconut

semi skimmed milk 1,5% | ½ | cup | 125 | milliliters | |
sugar cane | 2.75 | oz | 75 | grams | |
unsalted butter | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams |
Recipe

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ½ cup (125 ml) • chickpea flour fine 1.75 oz (50 g)
Mix milk and flour until smooth.

salt • sugar cane 2.75 oz (75 g) • ground cardamom 0.5 tsp
...add the liquid mixture, pinch of salt, sugar and cardamom. Cook a thick porridge. Let cool.

...and knead a thick dough.

Create balls from the dough...

...and coat in coconut. Store in a cool place. Before serving let to warm to room temperature.
