Recipe

onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • carrots 5.25 oz (150 g) • bell pepper (yellow,red,green) 3 pcs
Clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots roughly. Cut the peppers into small cubes.

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • beef meat minced 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 2 tsp • ground black pepper 1 tsp
Add both meat, eggs, salt and pepper to the vegetables. Mix well.

Grease the mold or a smaller baking dish with fat and sprinkle with flour. Put the mixture into the mold, press. Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven, covered with foil, at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) C for 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
