1. Marinating of meat

chicken breasts 15.75 oz (450 g)  sunflower oil 4 tbsp  wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp  soy sauce 2 tbsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  vegetable salt 2 tsp  salt

Cut washed and dried meat into thin strips. Prepare marinade from oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt and spices. Mix chicken meat with marinade and allow it to rest in the cold place for about one hour until all the flavours come together.
