red cabbage | 1.8 | lb | 800 | grams | |
sour cream (fat 14-18%) | 8.75 | oz | 250 | grams | |
sugar granulated | 1 | tsp | 1 | teaspoon |

... and grate coarsely in a food processor.

Salt the cabbage, stir and let it rest for half an hour. Then squeeze the juice out of it and strain it.

balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp • sugar granulated 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Add vinegar, sugar and pepper to the salad.

Mix well and let stand in the cold for 2-3 hours.
