1. Preparation of the ingredients

chinese cabbage 8.75 oz (250 g)  english cucumber 10.5 oz (300 g)  tomatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  turkey ham 7 oz (200 g)
