Recipe

coffee instant 5 tsp • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)
Add boiling water in a mug to an instant coffee. Let the sugar caramelize in low heat.

Pour coffee into the caramelized sugar, stir and let it cool.

powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g) • unsalted butter 4.5 oz (130 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (10 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (5 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)
Knead smooth dough from sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and coffee. Let the dough harden in the cold.

Roll the dough on a floured board and cut out squares.

Bake the biscuits in a medium warm oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. After cooling, pour over the melted white chocolate icing and decorate them with sweet decorations.
