unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g) • grated coconut 3.5 oz (100 g) • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g)
On a floured board knead smooth dough from all ingredients and let it rest for a while in the cold.

Knead the dough thinly and cut small wheels. Cut a small hole in the middle of every second piece. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

Brush cooled full wheels with jam and join them with holed ones. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
