Recipe
1. Prepare the dough
all-purpose flour / plain flour 9.25 oz (260 g) • cocoa powder 3.5 oz (100 g) • egg yolk 2 pcs • unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g) • rum 2 tbsp
Mix fine flour with cocoa, powdered sugar, egg yolks, butter and rum. Knead dough with your hands. Put the dough for an hour in the cold.

2. Mould the dough
Mold dough on floured board - it should be 5 mm thick. Cut the flowers or other shapes.

3. Whisk up egg whites
egg white 4 pcs • powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g) • vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (16 g) • grated coconut 7 oz (200 g)
Whisk up egg whites and add vanilla sugar and coconut.

4. Baking
Spread the tablespoons of mixture over the flowers. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 300°F (150°C) C.
