1. Prepare the dough

all-purpose flour / plain flour 9.25 oz (260 g)  cocoa powder 3.5 oz (100 g)  egg yolk 2 pcs  unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)  rum 2 tbsp
