1. Preparation of the dough

egg white 8 pcs  powdered sugar 11.25 oz (320 g)  water 8 tbsp  grated coconut 5 oz (140 g)  coarse ground flour 8 tbsp

corn starch 2 tbsp  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  egg yolk 3 pcs  vanilla sugar 1 pc  cocoa powder 3 tbsp  unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)

We mix two spoons of cream powder (zlatý klas or maizena)with milk, yolks, vanilla sugar and slowly cook till it takes a form of a pulp. Then we mix the butter with powder cugar, cocoa powder till and mix it with the cooled pulp, which we add very slowly so that the cream would not clabber.
