Recipe
1. Dough prep
pastry flour / soft flour 1.3 lb (600 g) • grated coconut 8.75 oz (250 g) • powdered sugar 8.75 oz (250 g) • unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs
From all of ingredients work the dough.
2. Dough forming
Then press the dough through decorative form of the meat grinder.

If you do not have decorative adapter for the grinder you can cut the bites with baking cutter.
4. Baking
Bake on the greased tray at 150-355°F (180°C) for about 6-8 minutes.
5. Decorating
vanilla sugar • powdered sugar
Coat still warm coconut bites with the mixture of icing and vanilla sugar.
