Recipe

unsalted butter 4.25 oz (120 g) • powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g)
Beat room-temperatured butter with sugar until creamy.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 oz (110 g) • cocoa powder 2 tbsp • salt 1 pinch • ground almonds 3.5 oz (100 g)
Sift the flour with cocoa powder and mix them together with the ground nuts.

brandy 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)
Make a solid dough from all the prepared ingredients and a little alcohol.

Bake for 16 minutes at 160 °C.
