Classic chicken soup
Chicken soup is tasty, it warms the body and, as they say, strokes the soul. Both children and adults like it. It is especially tasty in the autumn and winter months, it is especially healing during flu and colds. For its preparation, you can use different root vegetables according to taste, and mainly good farm chicken. Put the chicken in the soup whole, but if it seems to you that there will be too much meat in the soup, you can cut out the breast, which you will later use for another dish.

Clean the vegetables, wash the chicken and put in the pot. Pour water at the same level as the ingredients. Add salt, ground black pepper, little ground red pepper and, if you want, a little turmeric. Cover the pot and slowly bring it to a boil.

Cook the soup slowly for at least 1 hour.

Pour off the broth.

Remove the vegetables and take the meat from the chicken. Store the soup separately in this way. Never store chopped vegetables, meat and broth mixed together, the soup can turn sour quickly even if it is stored in the refrigerator.

Cut an appropriate amount of vegetables for a portion of soup, add chicken and cover with hot broth. Depending on taste, you can also add cooked soup pasta to the soup. We usually add pasta when we cook soup without the above-mentioned potatoes.
