Churros
Mexican way of preparing traditional Spanish recipe for Churros, enriched with eggs. Churros are served with melted chocolate. For larger family it is recommended to duplicate the amounts.

Recipe
1. Dough preparation
water 0.9 cup (220 ml) • unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
Put in a pot water and butter and melt the butter over medium heat.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 7.5 oz (215 g) • powdered sugar 1 oz (25 g) • salt 0.5 tsp
Pour in mixture of flour, sugar and salt.

Mix until the dough unsticks from the edges. It takes just a while.

Let the dough cool slightly. Gradually beat eggs, one by one, into the warmish dough.

Spoon the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze into the hot oil random shapes. Fry churros in sufficient amount of oil, to cover the whole churros and to fry the whole churros equally until golden brown.

Transfer churros to a kitchen paper towel for a while to absorb excess oil.
8. Preparation of chocolate
whipping cream (30-33% fat) 10 tbsp (150 ml) • chocolate 5.25 oz (150 g) • powdered sugar 1 oz (30 g)
Pour whipping cream in a small pot and over low heat melt in milk chocolate or cooking chocolate with powdered sugar.

Serve warm churros with the hot chocolate sauce.
