Recipe
1. Chestnut muffins
egg yolk 3 pcs • powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g) • egg white 3 pcs
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Whip solid egg white snow from egg whites.

Using an ice cream scoop, divide the dough into paper muffin baskets inserted into a muffin mold.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
7. Chestnut cream
semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • corn starch 0.75 oz (20 g)
Cook a thick pudding from milk and starch.

jelly 1 tbsp • water 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Dissolve the gelatin in water and heat it easily. Mix a spoonful of cream in it and pour the gelatin into the whole cream, stir. Let it cool in the fridge for an hour.
